Ukrrichflot incorporates services that any vessel coming to port from abroad can’t do without. It is about owned agencies rendering entire complex of administrative support to a ship and its crew. The Company operates two agencies - «Dunay-Dniprotrans» and Kherson agency created in 1992 and 1994, respectively. Through the whole period of work two offices were widely recognized as well-managed businesses with professional staff. Main functions of the Agencies:

• accepting applications and transfer arranging for the commission (border guard, customs, SES);
• customs commission transfer while arranging the documents for the transit;
• registration of applications for pilotage;
• accepting applications for ice steering of vessels and arranging of the formation of ice convoy;
• performing the complex of works on declaring of all types of ship maintenance;
• Full scope of works on fleet service (collection of dry garbage, food waste, oily rags, black water, bilge water, bunkering of potable water from a tanker ship and from the shore hydrants, towing service, sealing of valves).
