Company History
1922 – The Dnipro River Transport Administration was created.
1923-1926 – Verkhnodniprovske and Nizhnodniprovske shipping lines were created.
1926 - Verkhnodniprovske and Nizhnodniprovske shipping lines were united into Dnipro Shipping enterprise.
1932 – Dnipro hydroelectric power station was launched.
1965 – Dnipro Shipping enterprise started its activity as the Central River Fleet Administration under the Soviet of Ministers of Ukrainian Soviet Republic.
1988 - Central River Fleet Administration was transformed into state association Golovrichflot.
1992 – Ukrrichflot, joint stock shipping company, was set up on the basis of Golovrichflot.
1995 – Ukrrichflot starts cooperation with international financial institutions. The company signed a loan agreement with European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and built new vessels of «Desna» type with cargo capacity of 3500 tons.
2005-2007 – The company started the program of building modern vessels of «Bug» type with cargo capacity of 6300 tons in cooperation with EBRD.
2007-2008 – Ukrrichflot built five barges of «Europe-M».
2007 – Ukrrichflot joins Energy Standard Group
